Wow Vegas User Experience – 4.5/5

Wow Vegas offers a sleek and modern user interface. In addition to being easy on the eyes, their leftmost sidebar lists all the most important settings in one convenient place. Games, purchase options, and ongoing promotions are organized separately on the casino’s homepage. Settings and slots loaded quickly on my laptop, making for a smooth experience.

I immediately liked Wow Vegas’ black-on-orange-and-blue color scheme. All their promos were listed at the very top of my screen, which I found convenient as I opted into each promotion one by one. Once I’d won 100 Sweeps Coins at Wow Vegas, I wanted to redeem a cash prize. The entire process is simple and beginner-friendly from start to finish, but their 100 SC exchange minimum struck me as quite high. This is especially true because 1 SC is equal to $1 in real money value.

Gift card redemptions are more user-friendly, at just 25 SC minimum. I started off testing out this option and got my card details mailed in just a couple of hours.

However, before requesting a cash transfer through Skrill, Trustly, or a virtual gift card, I had to go through Wow Vegas’ “know-your-customer” (KYC) procedure and verify my identity with the platform. I like that they partner with AgeChecker to expedite the process of confirming your age based on a scan of your driver’s license and a selfie to match.

You’ll also need to send a recent phone bill or utility bill that shows your current place of residence, and it should be no more than 3 months old to qualify as proof of address. You’ll also have to insert your cell number, get an SMS code, and use it to confirm your redemption.
